Definitions

"We", "us", "our", or "I", represent BudgieNet. "You", or "your" represents you, regardless of whether you are an individual, group, or organization, and regardless of whether you are using BudgieNets Sites or our services on behalf of yourself or someone else.

What you can expect from us:

• We will provide you with a free and fair service to play and enjoy Minecraft.
• We do not and will not endorse the views, opinions, actions or any form of personal belief of any individual on the server.
• We operate the server under accordance with Australian NSW State and Federal Law.
• We have no political opinions at all, and do not take any action for the primary intent of expressing a political opinion.
• We provide this server/service as a platform for individuals to play the game and we do not treat players differently based on views, opinions, actions or any form of personal beliefs they may hold.
• We are not responsible for the actions, in any way shape or form, of players acting outside of the servers outlined rules and regulations, and Australian NSW State and Federal Law.

What we expect from you:

• Comply with the servers outlined rules and regulations.
• Respect the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Don’t abuse or harm others or yourself (or threaten or encourage such abuse or harm) e.g. by bullying, harassing or stalking others.
• Comply with Australian NSW State and Federal Law.
• Don’t abuse, harm, interfere with, or disrupt BudgieNets services.

Privacy Policy

We may collect information such as: usernames, IP's, and Minecraft UUID's in order to uphold the security and integrity of the server. We do not collect any other personally identifible information unless a transaction has been made through the CraftingStore hosted BudgieNet web store. We use encryption to keep your data private while in transit, and also review our information collection, storage and processing practices to prevent unauthorised access to our systems.

BudgieNet may share information outside the server if we have substantial reason to believe that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:

• Meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
• Enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
• Detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
• Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of BudgieNet, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
